Tribeca's 2010 Lineup Announced

The Tribeca Film Festival is apparently treated like a tester for Cannes, which comes after and across the water. The Fest is in its ninth year, having been founded in 2001 by Robert DeNiro, Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff in an effort to revitalize lower Manhattan post-9/11.



The fest opens with the 3D world premiere of 'Shrek Forever After.' (Yes. A fourth one. And in 3D--but, I ain't gon' lie, I like this franchise.) 

I'm moved by the following, so far--no surprises--they're mostly docs with lots of getWOKE! specials in betwixt and between:

Meet the #DMV's 30 Under 30

On Monday, 93.9 WKYS published the top 30 go-getters under the age of 30.

Having skimmed the bios of #DMV's young take-over artists, here's a special shout out to a young brother who is making MAJOR moves in nuestro industry.
